For Vision I'm giving you 4 stars, because the vision is fairly straightforward. The transition from Summer to Autumn and the fall of Autumn's leaves have symbolism all over the place, and I could spend a week writing about all those. However, I will settle on 'we all know what this piece is trying to say'.
On Originality I'm giving you a 4.5 because gothic stylings in connection to death and transition aren't really uncommon, but I haven't yet seen them in this way. And, while this shows hints of a dark gothic feel, we aren't going all the way to black straightened hair, thin pale women and way too many gemstones.
The Technique of this piece was superb, so I'm giving you a full 5 stars. The black, orange and violet color combination is eye catching, your pose intriguing, and even the soft sky fade effect makes the piece more interesting to look at. Good job!
This piece is a stunning work of art, and when everything comes together it invokes some interesting emotions. Memories. Passion. Regret. Interest. Sorrow. All this while still retaining a strange innocent playfulness and being completely serious.
All in all, great work!
